Our Home Watch Services
Napoli Home Watch provides a professional service to the client. While your home is unoccupied for an extended period, it is comforting to know that I will be there to do a comprehensive check on each visit, checking for signs of unusual issues and having them attended to before becoming a disaster. In the event their is an issue that needs repairs, I notify you, my client, and I stand by to oversee the repairs.
Additional service I provide is making dinner reservations before for a evening return or grocery stock the fridge.
Our Checklist for Home Watch Visits:
- Thermostat (Room temperature)
- AC Filter
- Baseboards, Walls, Ceilings, and crown molding Windowsills and sliding door tracks.
- Water Zones, under sink cabinets, flush toilets, and check for leaks behind the toilet.
- All closets are checked for signs of mildew. Humidity in excess of 50% over an extended period of time results in mold.
It's my aim for my client's departure, and return will be stress-free.
